  • The Model Definition Call 3

    Here, we build your ideal business profile. We encourage an open-minded approach—leveraging my consultant’s lens often reveals high-growth categories that candidates may have overlooked but that align perfectly with their goals.

  • Capital Strategy Session 4

    We bridge you to specialized franchise funding architects. Whether exploring SBA loans or tax-advantaged ROBS strategies, we ensure your financial foundation is solid before you ever speak to a franchisor.

  • The Portfolio Presentation 5

    After a week of rigorous internal vetting, I will present a curated portfolio of 3 to 5 franchises. We will analyze the unit economics and operational roles of each, prioritizing the top 1 or 2 options for deep-dive exploration.

  • Due Diligence & Vetting 6

    Directed Due Diligence: We facilitate your introduction to the franchisor. While they guide the process, OwnPath remains in your corner as your strategic advisor, providing the "Owner’s Perspective" to help you evaluate territory, systems, and support.

  • Peer Validation 7

    This is the most critical phase. I will coach you on how to interview existing franchise owners to get the unfiltered truth about profitability and daily operations. You’ll hear from the people living the life you are considering.

  • Executive Discovery Day 8

    The final "fit" check. You’ll meet the franchise leadership team to ensure a mutual cultural and professional alignment. This is where the partnership is solidified.

  • The Award & Launch 9

    Following Discovery Day, the franchisor makes the decision to award you the territory. You’ll sign your agreement, secure your legacy, and begin the transition into your new life as a business owner.
